Before arriving for your next visit, a team member will contact you for a phone health screening. Once at the office, we ask for all patients to wait in the car to help enforce social distancing.
All high-touch areas are sanitized between each use, including but not limited to: chairs, doorknobs, counters, pens and tools. We have a dedicated sterilization area for all dental equipment.
During your visit to our office, you can expect all team members to be fully equipped with a face mask, gown, gloves, and face shield. All team members and patient temperatures are checked daily.
We have a dedicated sterilization station featuring the latest innovative technology to keep our instruments clean and ready to use for your next visit. All tools are thoroughly sterilized between uses following CDC protocol.
We have taken every precaution to maintain safe social distancing protocols in our office. By limiting direct contact between you and our team members through the use of PPE and other measures, we can keep our office safe for everyone.
Our doctor has invested in HEPA air filtration across the facility to clean the air and reduce the spread of harmful particles. We encourage the use of hand sanitizer and regularly clean all surfaces in our treatment rooms.
Every member of our team stays up-to-date on all CDC guidelines, education, and training. As new information and protocol become available to dental practices, our team will put the latest recommendations into effect for your safety and well-being.

There’s nothing I dread more than the dentist but Dr. Katib makes the experience stress and pain free! The office is great too.
Friday’s after doing all the testing both at Smile Dental and at his office (Summer Dental Office) in Haverhill. He informed me that he could do it but it would not last because of bone loss and referred me to another specialist. This is what I call a true doctor.
